The app is called CATCHY. <--- That should link you there
(The app art is a gold star with a blue background. FYI) It takes 2 seconds to edit and the kids freak out! Lol! I did one for Christmas and just did this one today. (The girls are screaming with excitement!) Have fun! xoxo -Katie
And she makes us four! In love, joy, and gratitude, we introduce Isella Rose! She arrived fashionably late on 10/7 weighing 7lbs, 10 ounces. Mom and Baby are doing great... Dad and Mila are over the moon! We are so in love and Mila is the most helpful, loving, thoughtful big sister! Thank you for all your kind wishes and love! I have my friends and family addicted to some version of this smoothie. I am constantly tweaking the recipe to my taste buds/fitness needs (and encourage you to do this same.) But here is the basic recipe to blend and ENJOY:
We are so blessed to announce our family is growing... again. Our second baby will be here in the Fall, and we couldn't be more delighted. Our daughter, Mila, is already 2 years old, and soooo excited to be a big sister. She is the best part of our everyday and we can't imagine how that joy... could double. Thank you for all your support, Katie and Augie and (the dancing, giggling, singing) Mila These are my busy mom, healthy pancakes, your kids are sure to LOVE! They are so quick, so easy, so healthy. Ingredients: Egg Oatmeal Coconut Oil Cinnamon Agave Fresh fruit Greek yogurt -Mix 1 egg and 1/2 cup of uncooked oatmeal. -Melt some coconut oil in your pan and drop mixture in. -Sprinkle with cinnamon. -Flip the pancake. -When each side is done cooking, top with fresh fruit (we love blueberries), Greek yogurt, and drizzle with agave. -Experiment. Get creative. We love adding walnuts or granola, too! Let me know how they turn out! |
