
I have my friends and family addicted to some version of this smoothie.
I am constantly tweaking the recipe to my taste buds/fitness needs (and encourage you to do this same.)
But here is the basic recipe to blend and ENJOY:

But here is the basic recipe to blend and ENJOY:
- 2 cups of spinach (I get the giant bag at Costco)
- 1 frozen banana (I break them in half before I freeze so they are easier on the blender)
- 1 cup of Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (I have also used almond butter. This is a fun place to experiment.)
- 1 splash of Vanilla extract (I find the best price is the Kirkland brand, also at Costco)
