These are my busy mom, healthy pancakes, your kids are sure to LOVE! They are so quick, so easy, so healthy. Ingredients: Egg Oatmeal Coconut Oil Cinnamon Agave Fresh fruit Greek yogurt -Mix 1 egg and 1/2 cup of uncooked oatmeal. -Melt some coconut oil in your pan and drop mixture in. -Sprinkle with cinnamon. -Flip the pancake. -When each side is done cooking, top with fresh fruit (we love blueberries), Greek yogurt, and drizzle with agave. -Experiment.
